ProfitMaxx is not dispatch software, it is performance software therefore they serve two
very distinct functions. Dispatch software is a logistical coordination tool. ProfitMaxx is the performance tool, which
shows how the service team - technicians, dispatchers, and service managers are at time management, goals, profitability,
revenue generation and technical competency, are they implementing the companies’ business strategy and playing their
part on the team. There is no other software that does all that ProfitMaxx does.

How difficult is it to implement ProfitMaxx within my company?

ProfitMaxx is very simple to implement, the implementation consists of a new timesheet.
The timesheet is easy for the service technicians to understand and easy for them to use. The learning process for
data entry is about 10 minutes, and takes about 5-10 minuets per day per technician. The software is very user friendly
and intuitive. By reviewing the timesheets for accuracy and completeness then initialing them and sending them along

is for a contractor’s site. Anyone who is setup and given permission to logon may use ProfitMaxx.

flexibility to provide information to those who need it. Both local area networks (LAN) and peer-to-peer networks are
supported. ProfitMaxx may also be run on a single, stand-alone computer.

unlimited support and all upgrades are included in the purchase price. Unlimited support and all upgrades in subsequent
years are included in a $500 per year annual maintenance fee. When you need help figuring something out, you call and get
a live person at no additional charge to you, and this includes all upgrades to the product, which means as technology
